The Preserve at Greenway Park offers tenants spacious one, two and three bedroom units with an amenity package that includes a clubhouse, individual garages, pool, hot tub, business center, and playground. This property is professionally managed by Lincoln Property Company. The Preserve at Greenway Park consists of 296 upscale apartment units. This project was completed in two phases with 184 units finished in 2009, and 112 in 2014, and offers residents of Rock Springs a living experience previously unavailable in the community. Prior to the completion of the Preserve, the Town of Rock Springs had not experienced development of a substantial scale in over 30 years. This property was able to achieve 25% higher rental rates than what the market was currently achieving.
