The Preserve at Greenway Park offers tenants spacious one, two and three bedroom units with an amenity package that includes a clubhouse, individual garages, pool, hot tub, business center, and playground. This property is professionally managed by Lincoln Property Company. The Preserve at Greenway Park consists of 368 upscale apartments. The initial phase of 208 units was completed in 2012 and due to strong demand, the second phase was completed the following year. Prior to the completion of the Preserve, the town of Casper was experiencing a shortage of multifamily, particularly in the high end product. Upon delivery, this property was able to achieve rents 25% higher than the existing market in Casper.
